National Minority AIDS Council

December 1, 2008

The National Minority AIDS Council's observes the twentieth Anniversary of World AIDS Day, which is December 1, 2008. The risk of HIV infection is greater for individuals affected by poverty, homelessness, limited health care access, substance abuse, or incarceration.
