The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has just released the publication entitled "Promoting Health Equity: A Resource to Help Communities Address Social Determinants of Health". In addition to information about the social determinants of health, this publication highlights communities that have applied the Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach to promote health.
